I had the pleasure of ordering a waffle from Kaspa’s recently, and it was absolutely delightful! The waffle was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—with just the right balance of flavours loaded with banana and strawberry slices. What made the experience even more special was the thoughtful little note from the staff wishing me a Happy New Year. It’s these small but meaningful gestures that truly set Kaspa’s apart.

Have always wondered why this place is so quiet....but found out pretty soon! The music is so loud that when you go to order they can’t hear you. After so many attempts and misunderstandingsStaff are confused one minute you need order at table one min you need to come and order (‘make your mind up) The customer service was shocking communication and understanding is below average. The staff need to try smile more.Especially the male that worked their with the chains and earrings on.Dirty toilets...desserts and ice cream shoved on one plate (the plate was really small and not a flat plate. So the ice cream melted on the table. The slush with the bubbles taste like robinsons and very watered down very poor quality desserts and drinks - prefer going to sweet dreams dessert cafe who are also better value for money and better serviceDon’t think I will ever be revisiting. The deco inside is nice! And I do like how they have images of what they offer at the window. Other than that it’s nothing special

Visited this evening. Ordered two coffee’s and two desserts. We waited minutes or so for coffees then after half an hour asked where the desserts were - to be told they had a broken plate further down in restaurant and they would be minutes (plenty staff on to clean a spillage and serve, I’m sure). When the desserts came we both had a bite and they were stone cold. We immediately went to till to complain to be told they don’t refund and the desserts were made minutes ago. I then proceeded to ask a staff member if they serve our desserts cold he said no they should be hot and he would get a supervisor. The supervisor’s response was the owners have told her she is not to give refunds (the. Maybe the owners should be present to see what their staff are serving and their awful customer service. She also said there is no head office and the number on the receipt was that restaurants. She then got someone else over who was the original one we complained to who said we had eaten our food and couldn’t do anything about our complaint and was quit threatening. Will NEVER be back. Photo shows how we left our desserts (in fact not eaten, only a bite from each as we thought we were going to enjoy our hot desserts as ordered - no other way).
